The base of the pastry is made with eggs from Paunola Farm, and the bakery proudly uses a wide range of locally sourced ingredients.
The Otello Pastry will be available during the 2025 Opera Season from July 3rd to August 3rd at Café HerkkuPekka and Café-Restaurant & Hotel Saima.
