This delectable dish draws inspiration from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s iconic opera “The Magic Flute,” bringing together a selection of flavors that transport you to the enchanting world of the opera.
Papageno is a cheerful character of the opera, who dreams of the simple joys of life: good food, drink, and love. His story ends happily as he ultimately finds love and the meaning of life.

-Fried vendace from Lake Puruvesi
– Country-style meatballs
– Gravlax
– Skagen made with house mayo
– Pan-fried country pork
– Kappeli cheese from Otava, Mikkeli
– Dandelion salad made with hand-picked dandelions from Punkaharju
The meat we use is always 100% Finnish.
