The base of the dish is a waffle that’s crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with the house’s velvety vanilla ice cream, fresh rhubarb jam from the Manor’s garden, seasonal berries from local Kulmala Farm, and berry melba from the Manor’s neighbouring farm. The masterpiece is finished with a springle of berry powder, adding a touch of summer night magic and a delicate fairy’s embrace.
