At Riihisaari – Savonlinna Museum you will also find the museum shop and the tourist information for the Savonlinna region! Our staff answers questions and gives tips about sights, events, and excursions in the region during the museum’s opening hours. There are also brochures and maps of the region.
In our museum shop you will find everything from old favorites to interesting novelties, including plushies and books for children! There is also a wide range of literature on the history of shipping and other history, nature, art, and children’s literature. We also sell Museum cards. Give yourself a gift or get souvenirs to take home!
There is free entry to customer service, tourist information and the museum shop. Exhibitions and museum ships can be visited for the applicable entrance fees at any given time. Museum ships are open during the summer time.
In front of Riihisaari there is an accessible parking lot, where parking is permitted for holders of a handicap card. The building has an accessible entrance, the toilet is also accessible and there is a lift in the building. The museum ships are not accessible.
