Composer’s Tosca is lactose-free and gets its flavor from almonds, sugar, and cream. A special detail worth mentioning: our bakers use eggs from the local Paunola farm.

This treat is available from spring to autumn at the Market Café on Savonlinna Market Square and year-round at our lunch café on Pihlajavedentie.
