Villa Aurora is located in Lohilahti, Sulkava, on the shores of the clear-water Malonen Lake.
The cozy cottage is best suited for two people or a maximum of two adults and two children.
The cottage will be completed in spring 2025.
The living room has a convertible sofa bed, a dining area for four, a soapstone fireplace and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining, a fridge, a ceramic hob and oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a microwave.
The cottage has not running water for both the sauna and the kitchen, the cottage has a own water place.
The living room has an air heat pump for cooling in hot weather and heating in cold weather.
The sauna has a wood-heated stove, the dressing room has a freezing Ekohytte toilet.
There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue in the yard.
There is no line of sight to the neighbours.
Fishing is allowed on the lake and rowing boats are used, the shore is sandy, evening sunny and there is a long decent jetty.
This cottage can be rented for a minimum of two nights.
The price includes linen and towels and final cleaning, pets are welcome at no extra charge.
