We have developed a specialty dish for this opera summer 2024, where inspiration has been found in Czech food culture. Czech thin palačinky crepes are usually filled with e.g. jams and chocolate, and for example with nut or almond fillings. This summer, our version of palačinky can be found on our list of special dishes.
Lettukafila Kalliolinna Manteliunelma is a traditional Kalliolinna lettu, topped with self-made vanilla almond filling, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and almond chips.
This summer’s special opera latte dish Manteliunelma – Almond dream, €9, also available in vegan and gluten-free versions.
