Meijerin Baari is the cosy restaurant and farm shop of the MaitoKarelia artisan dairy in Kitee, where you can enjoy local food and the dairy’s own A2 dairy products.
At Meijerin Baari, the menu showcases the pure flavours of local lakes, including smoked vendace, pike-perch and perch, served alongside rich artisan cheeses, delicious sauces and creamy specialities from the dairy. Forest ingredients such as mushrooms, berries and wild herbs complete a menu inspired by the surrounding nature.
Open on Saturday from 11:00 to 24:00.
