Restaurant Solitary offers a top-class dining experience in the heart of enchanting nature, far from the rush and noise of everyday life.
Solitary invites you to enjoy dinner embraced by the wilderness. Our kitchen draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape: fish and game from Lake Saimaa, organic meat from local farms, and berries, mushrooms, and wild herbs from nearby forests form the soul of our dishes. The philosophy behind Solitary’s cuisine is grounded in craftsmanship, seasonality, and a deep respect for raw ingredients.
We do not publish our menu in advance – dishes are created from what our trusted network of local producers provides at the time of your visit.
Opening hours
We are open during the Saimaan Satojuhlat every day from 5 PM to 11 PM.
The kitchen closes at 9 PM, and the last reservations are taken at 8:30 PM.
We recommend making a table reservation.
