Veikkolan Tuumaaja Taito offers inspiring experiences and practical insights into self-sufficient living, local food and sustainable everyday choices.
The farm shop offers fresh seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, Jerusalem artichoke crisps and fresh honey – all packaged without plastic.
In the cosy farmhouse café, you can enjoy filled bagels, waffles served with homemade jams and whipped cream, traditional Finnish biscuits, homemade juice, coffee and herbal tea sweetened with honey. During your visit, you can meet sheep, chickens, rabbits and dogs, learn about beekeeping, and relax with delicious treats from the café.
The old granary features displays on self-sufficiency, dried foods and eco-friendly alternatives to plastic. You’ll also find handmade crafts, local producers and activities for the whole family.
