The Kesälahti Society’s museum area comes alive during Saimaan Satojuhlat with Karelian food culture, traditional livelihoods and harvest traditions.
The historic museum area and Finland’s largest traditional smoke cottage provide a unique setting for local flavours, handicrafts, work demonstrations and stories. Museum Café Myllytupa serves visitors throughout the weekend. You can also explore the area’s historic buildings, exhibitions and cultural heritage in beautiful lakeside scenery.
