In this historic mill setting, you can watch freshly harvested rye being ground using traditional water-powered milling machinery.
At the old mill, you can see the new season’s rye being milled using traditional machinery and watch demonstrations of old skills. Food will also be available, including lamb and cabbage stew and freshly made Finnish pancakes cooked on a large griddle.
Guided tours will take visitors to the traditional semi-natural grasslands of Koskela Organic Farm.
