Inspiration for the hotel’s concept stems from the culturally significant role hunting and fishing have played in the rich history of Scandinavia. People have always gathered together at the warmth of a fire — to tell stories, to fall in love or just to enjoy life. This is what the Kota-feeling is all about, and what the Kota Hotel offers for your holiday enjoyment.
The Kota Hotel comprises three buildings located on the premises of Hotel & Spa Resort Järvisydän, with all services nearby. Each Kota building consists of 7 rooms (6 double rooms and one family room) and a themed Kota lounge. The theme lounges function as living rooms for guests but can also be separately booked for various events for overnight guests.
Kota Double Suite
Glass-roofed double room.
Each room is equipped with a 180 cm wide double bed and an authentic fireplace. TV and free WiFi included.
Separate kitchenette and living room – providing the perfect place for remote working and eating in. Kitchenette equipped with dishes for 2, a refrigerator and mini bar, a water kettle, microwave and a coffee capsule machine.
Each room features a stylish bathroom and shower with a natural stone floor and is equipped with a hair dryer and eco friendly products. Towels, bathrobes and slippers for two included.
Kota Family Suite
Glass-roofed room for four.
The room is designed for a family of four. The room can also facilitate 2 adults in single beds.
The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 cm) and an authentic, cosy fireplace. Room equipped with TV and free WiFi.
The intimate Kota cabin accommodates two, with one bed 90 cm wide and another 80 cm wide. The roof of the room features a small window allowing a view of the starlit or clear blue sky.
Separate kitchenette and living room – providing the perfect place for remote working and eating in. The kitchen is equipped with dishes for 4, a refrigerator, mini bar, water kettle, microwave oven and a capsule coffee machine.
Bathroom with shower equipped with a natural stone floor, equipped with a hairdryer and ecological shampoos and soap. Bathrobes and slippers in addition to towels are available for two.
